Born in York but raised in the iconic Champagne region of France, I have acquired over the years a burning passion for all things food related. Having worked as a data scientist for a few years, I decided to trade it all in for my true calling, food tour guide. My days are now spent walking through the charming streets of the French capital, leading tours that take you through centuries of culinary heritage and showcasing the best of what this city has to offer.

When I’m not walking around the city, you can find me in a café somewhere, reading, researching and writing about the dishes and ingredients which make this country so fascinating.
